Return Policy
We regret that we may not have met your expectations if you're reading this. We only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive damaged.
Our return policy is valid for 48 hours from the receipt of your package. Beyond this period, we cannot accept returns due to the personalized nature of our products, which often include perishable goods and customizations.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- Provide a picture of the damaged items.
- Provide an uncut clear opening video of the package to claim the damage.
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Perishable goods such as food and flowers cannot be returned.
- Customized goods (e.g., items with name or picture printing) cannot be returned.
- Gift cards and personal care items cannot be returned.
- Sale items are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please email us at blissbloss.in@gmail.com with the subject line 'Return' and include your concern along with pictures and the opening video (if applicable). We will respond to your request within 48 working hours and process the return (if applicable) within 3-4 working days.
For return-related queries, there is no need to send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days, after deducting a 20% logistics fee and a 4% transaction fee, as applicable.
Exchange Policy
As we specialize in gifting solutions, we do not offer exchanges. Items can only be replaced if they are defective. Products nearing their expiry date are not considered damaged or defective. We ensure that no product is shipped with less than 60 days to expiry.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, our team works promptly to dispatch it. If the order has not yet been dispatched and does not involve any customization, we will consider your cancellation request.
