Delivery of Products

Bliss Bloss ships purchases from our own warehouses, third-party warehouses, stores, or offices located across India. Our goal is to deliver products to you within 8-14 working days from the receipt of your order and payment, depending on the delivery city. Orders are typically delivered by our own staff, third-party courier services, or Postal Services between 10:30 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Sunday.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. We are not liable for goods signed for by someone other than the person who placed the order at the specified address. Bliss Bloss does not assume responsibility for incorrect addresses provided during the order placement. We are also not responsible for any damage to products after delivery.

Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery via the "Contact Us" page on our website. Additionally, any shortages must be noted and signed on the Proof of Delivery copy, which should be returned to the delivery person.

Delivery Charges

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are clearly displayed at checkout, allowing consumers to review them before making payment.
